Suprajit Engineering Ltd share price inched up 3.40% to Rs 524.05 after the company's net profit tumbled by 26.55% to Rs 52.23 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 2.65% to Rs 1069.58 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Auto Components & Equipments industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 11.11 lakh crore, rising 5.53%. It has improved by 4.66% over last one week and moving up by 12.05% in last one month while the market capitalization of Suprajit Engineering Ltd has marginally improved by 5.17% and 18.04% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Suprajit Engineering Ltd stood at Rs 76.45 crore in Q2 FY26, gaining 7.71% year-on-year, and crashing by 21.38% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 124 crore, surging by 191.07% YoY and expanding by 39.74% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 1.91% to Rs 980.18 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 604.04 crore, going up by 10.73% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 248.91 crore, surging 12.51% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 13.16% to Rs 3276.95 crore, while net profit plunged by 40.65% to Rs 99.27 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 28014% to Rs 287.23 crore, and PBT dropped 13.35% to Rs 197.36 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 184.74 crore in FY26, as against Rs 249.22 crore in FY25. Suprajit Engineering Ltd soared by 16.35% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.64% during the same period.
